If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Forest_hills.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Forest_hills we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
