If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Crest_Meadow.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Crest_Meadow we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
