During the lease term in Crest_meadow
During lease, the rental belongs to the tenant we respect the renter 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental in Crest_meadow, the renter must allow us to go into the rental. Some good reasons to enter rental property are to:

- Provide agreed services, or
- Show the rental home to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass tenants in Crest_meadow. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
