If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Greenway Heights.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home.
