If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lorton.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lorton we can help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
