If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Oak_hill.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Oak_hill we can nail down the actual value of your property.
