We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Heritage_Court.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Heritage_Court we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
