If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hawthorne_village.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property.
