If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Hawthorne_Village.

The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment.
