If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Blake_Tree_Manor.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Blake_Tree_Manor we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
