We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Odyssey.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Odyssey we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
