We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in None_noted.
The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in None_noted we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
