If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Heatherlea.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment.
