If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Fairlington Glen.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Fairlington Glen we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
