If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Courtbridge.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Courtbridge we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
