If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Colonial_village_i.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Colonial_village_i we will best know the market value of your property.
