If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Claremont.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Claremont we will best know the actual value of your property.
