If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Cherry_dale.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Cherry_dale we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
