Tenancy

During tenancy, the rental home belongs to the renter we respect the tenant 's privacy. As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to come into a rental home in Cherry_dale, the renter must allow us to access the rental. Some valid reasons to come into rental property are to:

• Inspect the rental home,
• Make repairs or decorate,
• Provide agreed services, or
• Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain renter consent before coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental home without renter consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to agitate renters in Cherry_dale. Nesbitt Realty will only come into at reasonable hours of the day, except in an emergency.
