We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every property manager in Chain Bridge.
The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chain Bridge we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
