The property manager will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property.
