If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Ballston_row.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Ballston_row we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
