If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Wooster_Mercer_Lofts.
The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Wooster_Mercer_Lofts we can best know the retail value of your property.
