If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Wooster_mercer_lofts.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Wooster_mercer_lofts we will best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
