If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Virginia_Square_Condominium.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Virginia_Square_Condominium we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
