If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Virginia_square_condominium.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Virginia_square_condominium we can help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
