If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in The_Continental.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in The_Continental we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
