If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in River_Place_South.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in River_Place_South we can best know the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
