If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Milburn_Terrace.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Milburn_Terrace we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
