If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Milburn_terrace.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Milburn_terrace we can help determine the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
