If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Madison_Manor.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Madison_Manor we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
