If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Madison_manor.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Madison_manor we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
