If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lee Harrison.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lee Harrison we can best know the actual value of your home.
