During the lease term in Lee Harrison

As the property manager Nesbitt Realty has the right and duty to reasonable entry of the rental property, but we will never abuse that right. If Nesbitt Realty has a good reason to access a rental home in Lee Harrison, the tenant must allow us to go into the rental property. Some justifiable reasons to go into rental property are to:

  • Inspect the rental,
  • Make repairs or decorate,
  • Supply required services, or
  • Show the rental property to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, workmen, or contractors.

Nesbitt Realty will always strive to give the tenant notice and obtain tenant consent prior to coming into the rental property. However, Nesbitt Realty can and will enter the rental property without tenant consent in emergency situations. We will never abuse the right of entrance or use it to harass renters in Lee Harrison. Nesbitt Realty will only access the home at reasonable hours of the day, except in the case of an emergency.
