If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Jefferson_Residential_Retirement_Community.

The property manager will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Jefferson_Residential_Retirement_Community we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
