If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Jefferson_residential_retirement_community.

The real estate agent will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Jefferson_residential_retirement_community we can help determine the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
