If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Jackson_Square.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Jackson_Square we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
