If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Jackson_square.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Jackson_square we can nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
