If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Foxcroft.

The real estate agent will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Foxcroft we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
