If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Foxcroft.

The property manager will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Foxcroft we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
