If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Forest_Glen.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Forest_Glen we will help determine the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
