If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Forest_glen.

The real estate agent will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Forest_glen we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
