If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Fairlington_Glenn.

The Realtor will inspect your rental and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Fairlington_Glenn we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
