If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Eclipse_On_Center_Park_Condominium.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Eclipse_On_Center_Park_Condominium we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
