If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Eclipse_on_center_park_condominium.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home.
