If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Crystal_Springs_Knolls.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Crystal_Springs_Knolls we will nail down the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
