If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Crystal_springs_knolls.

The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Crystal_springs_knolls we will best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
