If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Crystal_Park_Condo.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Crystal_Park_Condo we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
