If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Crystal_park_condo.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Crystal_park_condo we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
