If your home requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Country_Club_Manor.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Country_Club_Manor we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
